Esa es la pregunta que nos plantea Dale J. Stephens en su web <a title=\"uncollege\" href=\"http:\/\/www.uncollege.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UnCollege<\/a> y en el <a title=\"manifiesto\" href=\"http:\/\/www.uncollege.org\/manifesto\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Manifiesto UnCollege<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Nos centraremos en tres ideas: por un lado, considerando la inversi\u00f3n que supone costearse unos estudios universitarios y la actual <em>inflaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica<\/em>, Stephens propone basarnos en <em>competencias<\/em>, <em>reputaci\u00f3n<\/em> o <em>logros<\/em> en la vida real en lugar de en certificados y t\u00edtulos.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, aconseja, entre otras cosas, promover la <em>certificaci\u00f3n no com\u00fan<\/em> en forma de portafolios que incluya resultados de ex\u00e1menes, per\u00edodos de pr\u00e1ctica y trabajos, viajes, experiencias de aprendizaje servicio, art\u00edculos o apariciones en prensa, entradas de tu blog o muestras escritas y en audio, recomendaciones, ejemplos y muestras de trabajos realizados, evidencias de reputaci\u00f3n digital, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, frente al modelo temporal de los estudios universitarios, normalmente desarrollados tras la escolarizaci\u00f3n obligatoria, Stephens defiende el aprendizaje a lo largo de la vida como \u00fanico modelo v\u00e1lido ante una situaci\u00f3n laboral cambiante y competitiva. Para este aprendizaje, adem\u00e1s, el contacto con otros individuos y otras realidades as\u00ed como un uso intensivo de los recursos en red permite un aprendizaje permanente, duradero y de calidad.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 te parece esta propuesta?\u00bfSe puede prescindir de la universidad?\u00bfEn todos los contextos?\u00bfEn todos los pa\u00edses?\u00bfCon todo tipo de estructuras empresariales y de recursos humanos?
